Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a human involved in the design process?
Yes. Our team reviews and refines each design to ensure the quality. Typically, we repair color defects, if any, and process specific coloring requests from customers.

How long does it take to receive my 3D print?
Most orders are designed, printed, and shipped within a week. We'll keep you updated throughout the process!
How does it work?
We use custom tuned and designed AI systems to help you create your prints. We've worked hard to tune AI models that will make things that not only look good without much effort from you, but are also possible to produce!
How much does it cost?
It's free to use the tool, the cost to order a print is entirely depending on the size (which you can pick) and the number of colors (more colors takes us longer to print). Our smallest sizes start under $10, lots of the objects you see on the table in the photo above are in the $20-$50 range.
What will my design look like when printed?
The honest answer is that there is no way to know for sure until we print it! You can look around our products for an idea of how the material behaves and the quality bar we aim for. In general we think things look better in real life than on the viewer page. When we review your model, if we have concerns about reaching a quality we can be proud of, we will contact you before proceding.
Are the models strong?
It depends. Big, bulky pieces can be quite sturdy, while smaller details and thin geometries may be fragile. Due to the choking hazard of small pieces breaking off, we don't recommend DIDIGA products for children under the age of 4.
What materials do you use?
We use PLA and Wood Infused PLA, both are petroleum-free bioplastic. We do not recommend using our products for food contact applications.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US. If you're outside the US, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
