Shipping and Return Policy

This Shipping and Return Policy applies to physical products ordered from DiDiGa.

1. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders with an eligible order subtotal of $39.99 or less. Shipping is free for any order with an eligible order subtotal above $39.99.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

2. Processing and Delivery Timeline

Order processing can take up to five days before shipment. After an order ships, delivery timing is based on standardized USPS shipping service timelines. Most orders can be expected to take 4-10 days from order to delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, address accuracy, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Damaged Products

We only send a replacement or fully refund an order if a product arrives damaged and the customer provides proof of the damage. The customer may choose either a replacement or a refund for the damaged product.

If an order contains several products and only some products arrive damaged, DiDiGa will only replace or refund the damaged product or products. The undamaged portion of the order is not eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Refund and Replacement Limits

We do not accept requests to replace or refund an order in any circumstance other than a product arriving damaged with proof.

5. How to Request Support

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged product, contact us at support@didiga.com with your order details and proof of damage. Helpful proof includes clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us at support@didiga.com within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
